Your own adventure
Work where you live best. We’re distributed across the world and operate on community-first tools that free us from fixed places and hours. We judge output by impact, not by clocked time. Success here is measured by the value you add to the network and the positive change you help create — not by how much you earn or how many hours you log.

Be part of the family
If your interview goes well, we usually start with one or more short projects on a contract basis (typically up to six months, depending on your availability). That trial period gives both of us a clear sense of fit. Afterward we’ll discuss the next step — whether continued freelance collaboration or a more stable arrangement.

Meet-ups — real connection, real conversation
We bring the organization together a few times a year for focused, in-person gatherings. These are working dialogues — rich conversations about values, purpose, governance, strategy, culture, economics and how we scale humane, sustainable systems. Expect deep exchange, constructive debate and collective direction-setting.

You care about life now and later. You’re driven, compassionate and independent, yet enjoy collaborating and communicating openly. You take initiative, support others, and bring curiosity for what does not yet exist. Ideally you’re motivated to help design sustainable prosperity using modern organization science and powerful data technologies — including blockchain and AI.
