Work where you live best. We’re a decentralized organisation and operate on community-first tools that free us from fixed places, hours an tools. We judge output by impact, not by clocked time. Success here is measured by the value you add to the team, network and the positive change you help create — not by how much you earn or how many hours you log.

Be part of the family
If your portfolio looks good and interview goes well, we usually start with one or more short projects on a contract basis (typically up to six months, depending on your availability). That trial period gives both of us a clear sense of fit. Afterward we’ll discuss the next step — whether continued freelance collaboration or a more stable arrangement.

Meet-ups — real connection, real conversation, real world
We bring teams together on a regulary base for focused, in-person gatherings. These are working dialogues — rich conversations about values, purpose, governance, strategy, culture, economics, tech and how we scale autonomous humane, sustainable systems. Expect deep exchange, constructive debate and collective direction-setting.
